Usage Cultivation: Beyond Just Training

At SchoolStream, we believe that change doesn't have to be a challenge. That's why we developed the SchoolStream Usage Cultivation Process - a series of deployment, training, implementation, and usage-monitoring strategies that we use to ensure quick, complete, and hassle-free transitions to SchoolStream applications and services.

The successful execution of these strategies will require cooperation between your team and ours. That is why the formation of SchoolStream Implementation Committees is such a critical first step. These committees are task forces we'll arrange to guide and monitor the implementation of SchoolStream applications and services in your district.

Busier than ever? Strapped for time? No problem! We designed the Usage Cultivation Process to accommodate all districts - even those with hectic schedules. In fact, most of our partner districts boast implementation times of less than one month per application.

The sequence and primary objectives of each stage in the Usage Cultivation Process include:
  1. The Kickoff Meeting: Organize an implementation committee, review the Usage Cultivation Process, and provide resources for scheduling it
  2. The Strategy and Planning Meeting: Configure the application and provide templates for deployment
  3. Service Launch: (Definition) The process by which the SchoolStream IT staff customizes , integrates, and deploys service
  4. Basic Training Session: Instruct day-to-day operations
  5. Advanced Training Session: Instruct back-end how-to's, mainly user management and system configuration
  6. Implementation: (Definition) The process by which a district fully transitions to using an application
  7. Continuous Usage Monitoring Sessions: Collectively review usage reports and determine plans for usage stimulation
  8. Continuous Usage Stimulation Sessions: Enhance usage according to the plans determined in Usage Monitoring meetings
