Staff Directory
The Staff Directory module provides staff contact information to staff and/or parents in an easy to search online database. Your organization can choose to add additional fields of information and also determine whether each one will be viewable by both staff and public or staff only. This module can easily be pre-populated by importing staff data from existing sources.
Features
Administrator:
- Import staff information via CSV file.
- Add/Manage staff contact info.
- Add administrator-defined fields to store additional information on staff, and select whether or not they can be viewed by the staff directory viewers, the public, or hidden and viewable only by administrators.
- Add/Manage buildings and their corresponding information.
- Add/Manage staff title selections.
Staff / Public User:
- Search the staff directory using a number of criteria including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title
- Building
- View details of individual staff members including:
- Photo (Optional)
- First Name
- Last Name
- School Phone Number and Extension
- Email
- Title
- Building Information (Phone, Fax, Address)
- District detail field
