All you need to do is subscribe to use the service after it is developed, the same way you would for any other SchoolStream service.

President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) on February 17th, 2009. The ARRA is making funds available to districts across the nation to improve the education system.
