Responsibilities Include:
- Product training
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver interactive e-courses that cover the range of SchoolStream applications and services
- Create and enhance training materials, online user guides, and other resources
- Account maintenance
- Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clientele
- Customer support
- Provide quick, high-quality technical assistance for users who seek support
- Professional development training (for internal staff)
- Provide individualized training and support for staff in various departments
- Create and enhance training materials, resources, and assessment measures
