Responsibilities Include:

  1. Product training
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver interactive e-courses that cover the range of SchoolStream applications and services
    • Create and enhance training materials, online user guides, and other resources
  2. Account maintenance
    • Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clientele
  3. Customer support
    • Provide quick, high-quality technical assistance for users who seek support
  4. Professional development training (for internal staff)
    • Provide individualized training and support for staff in various departments
    • Create and enhance training materials, resources, and assessment measures
