Company Background
SchoolStream started as a series of productivity applications developed by American System Technology Inc. (ASTI), a Michigan registered company founded in 1993. Among other businesses, ASTI developed the SchoolStream applications from 1998 to 2006 to service its clients in the US K-12 educational industry. The applications were designed, tested and refined together with multiple school districts in Michigan. In 2002, ASTI began to package the applications into a single product line called SchoolStream and started selling them to the K-12 districts across the nation. Since 2006, SchoolStream separated itself from ASTI and became a division of Right Response, LLC.

Use More, Save More Incentive Program Through our 10+ years of experience with helping school districts in more than 30 states save their operational costs, we realize that the more services you use, the more you will save. SchoolStream cares about your return on investment and wants to ensure that you realize savings every step of your implementation process. Using SchoolStream will change and enhance your day-to-day operations, and the Use-More-Save-More Incentive Program utilizes a staged deployment process to ensure a smooth transition and provides you usage statistics to help you evaluate additional services that your district needs. Giving Back Program SchoolStream has created the Giving Back Program, a new program aimed at supporting communities across our nation. With the help of our school districts’ annual subscriptions over $20,000, we are able to give back 1% to deserving charities. With the help of our school districts’ annual subscriptions over $40,000, we are able to give back 2% to deserving charities. SchoolStream has a variety of programs to assist school districts and their communities. The choices that are available for social, environmental, and educational contributions are vast and different. We understand that some member wish to leave donations with specific needs to other causes. SchoolStream provides the option to specify a cause for contribution. Districts may choose to give back to an approved charity of their choice or choose from the following selected charitie.

We understand that with any technology investment, without proper deployment and high usage, can be a waste of your budget and precious resources. That is why SchoolStream does not just train you on the features of the system, but rather employs the Usage Cultivation Process to guarantee your district’s full implementation and high usage in the system. This process consists of a series of strategy and training sessions designed to get the system up and running within your district’s timeframe. We also conduct monthly usage consultation meetings with you to ensure that the system is being used to your standards.

Deployment is Easy
SchoolStream applies a straightforward concept when designing solutions for school districts such as yours.“District operations generally have 80% commonality and may require 20% customization for their unique needs.” Through our extensive K-12 industry experience, we have been able to design our solutions to allow districts to easily configure the system to match their specific needs. Since every district operates uniquely, our open architecture can also satisfy any customization requirements. By implementing this concept of “80% commonality and 20% customization”, we enable a school district to be deployed quickly while also giving them the flexibility to customize. A normal deployment time ranges from 2 weeks to a month depending on the business solutions your district subscribes.
